Love White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies? This medium roast coffee is super smooth and perfect for your cold or hot brew! It has subtle flavor like your favorite cookie right out of the oven. Debbie had this one with frothed milk and thought just a hint of sweetener should be added to this one to fully bring out the flavor. Of course it can be enjoyed just how it is too!
Why limit yourself to vanilla or hazelnut in flavored coffees? We use the same high quality organic beans that you come to expect from Barnyard Coffee and infuse them fresh from the roaster with natural flavored extracts specifically made for coffee. Our flavorings contain NO PROPYLENE GLYCOL!
Choose whole bean to grind as you use for maximum flavor.
Choose medium grind for a traditional coffee pot or pour over.
Choose Keurig grind for a refillable pod or Moka pot.
Choose Coarse Grind for Cold Brew or French Press.
- To make cold brew, grind 12 oz. of beans on the coarsest grind setting (french press).
- Add 7 cups cold water and allow to sit for 12-24 hours. (We soak ours for 20 hours.)
- Filter the concentrate and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Mix concentrate to your taste. We recommend starting with a ratio of 1 part concentrate to 3 parts water, milk or milk substitute.
This method produces a coffee that is 60-70% less acidic than the same coffee brewed the hot method!
To use as a hot coffee grind and brew as you normally would!

My college age son picked this flavor to try and it did not disappoint! I added it to my subscription.
I am a 'plain jane' with my taste buds. I like vanilla ice cream, vanilla cake (with no frosting), and I drink my coffee with just the tiniest bit of half and half and nothing else. But something made my try this blend. OH MY WORD! Absolutely delicious! I crave it every afternoon! I am a big-time coffee drinker. I have tried several store bought coffee and coffees from other small coffee shops. Nothing compares to the flavor, the smoothness, and the overall quality. This coffee has such a clean, smooth flavor that when it gives you the description you don’t have to guess if it’s really going to taste like that. White chocolate macadamia was one of my first flavors that I tried. My first drink I was completely sold since buying my first few bags I have not bought anything else. I will always support barnyard coffees for their customer service to their quality of their beans and the flavor that they give. Thank you for your amazing hard work.
I'm not usually a fan of flavored coffee or syrups because it usually just tastes artificial to me, but THIS. COFFEE. RIGHT. HERE. Has changed my mind!!! It smells amazing, and tastes just as good! Definitely a top favorite, will order more, and I'm excited to try their other flavored blends!
