Refund policy

We don't accept returns on coffee or tea products as it is a perishable food item.

We insure every package that goes out.  If you receive a package that has been damaged you will need to take that package to the post office and submit a claim.  You will need to take a copy of your receipt AND the damaged product to the post office. The post office is who will refund your money.  

We can not be responsible for lost or misdelivered mail, again this is a claim for USPS.  If you receive notification that your package delivered but you didn't receive it you must contact your local post office with your tracking number.  They must provide you with proof they delivered it to your address.  (Most times with packages they have an actual photograph of where the package was left.)  Again, the claim would be filed with USPS for your refund.

If you are unable to complete the above steps we will try to assist you as best we can but the chances of a refunded order are much less if we submit the claim. No replacement product can be sent out until the claim is answered by USPS.  We are not permitted to send in a claim for lost mail until 20 days after the product is reported missing.
