Oh my goodness! The honey process Guatemala caffe is the bomb! I made an espresso shot, which was very smooth. Then I tried a “European pressure” coffee. It’s a setting on my espresso machine that puts what is similar to a pre-infusion burst repeatedly through a shot of coffee. It’s sort of like a pour over coffee. The flavor is very full, and this coffee is very tasty! The flavors are so smooth and clean! I tried this as a drip coffee, too. Also smooth and full flavored. Incredible roast-really hit it out of the park!
