As a WHITE COFFEE says, this roast does not produce the typical ground coffee color. It is along the color of roasted peanuts. It produces a nice nutty brown color and smooth non-coffee flavor. Ground fine it is typically brewed as espresso. Most often in your favorite latte or simply shots and some flavoring.
