We love the smooth flavor of this particular blend. Important to note as well is how gentle it is. No bitterness to leave your stomach sour. Super high quality and optimal flavor profile. Highly recommended.
We found Barnyard Coffee when travelling through the South last year (2025). What a surprise that they actually began near the Canadian border in Washington State and only moved to Louisiana during the Pandemic.
The BYC Espresso roast is consistently smooth, with a velvety pallet and hint of chocolate. We have been spoiled now and anything else just doesn’t live up to the experience of BYC. We had another local roaster until be happened across BYC. Thanks for being there, BYC!
This is hands down the best coffee I’ve found. Organic and freshly roasted. The flavor is perfect and so smooth. No matter which variety you choose you can’t go wrong. I think I’ve tried them all! I love that I’m supporting a small veteran owned business❤️
