Medium-bodied, crisp, toasty, with dark chocolate and rich, low-key fruit. In milk, sweetens and deepens with lush milk chocolate and caramel tones and muted but balancing undercurrents of tartly rich fruit.

I have been getting their byc blend 5 lb bags for the last 6 months and loved it just as much as when I started! Their beans stay super fresh and last me and my wife good while but never seem to taste much different. Highly recommend!

A unique coffee shop in a little town like Minden. The personal service is wonderful and always staffed for speedy service. Its a must stop for just the experience and sight see the design and architecture and historic of the building. Local and family own and highly recommend even if its out of the way,
