This blend is roasted Medium on the lighter side.
(No surface oils, great for home espresso machines & grinders)
It has deep notes from Indonesia, Berry Notes from Ethiopia, and sweet Caramel Notes from South America.
It’s an exciting, rich cup that develops well, however you choose to brew it. It has an exceptional flavor when made as an Espresso.
