We created this blend with the help of some local friends and it was an instant success! We drank cup after cup taste testing to get it just right! We think you will love it too.

It is a medium roast that is a smooth and delicious blend of Central and South American coffees.  A great coffee to drink black, but also stands up well to the addition of cream and sugar and makes an excellent espresso. Has a distinct sweetness on the back end and has a caramel mouthfeel. 

In naming this coffee Lighthouse, we reflect on the grace that has been extended to us thru so many people. Life's journey has lead us on many voyages and with beacons of light across the waves we have avoided many rocks and been guided safely along the way.
