This is a TEST batch of Papua New Guinea roasted MEDIUM. Normally roasted dark we tried a medium roast to bring out different tasting notes. We were pleased to find raspberry and dark chocolate notes followed by the classic earthy notes of Indonesian coffees. Smooth mouthfeel and clean finish make this a win!
Papua New Guinea is probably the most delicious Indonesian coffees you will ever try. It has that velvety feel in the mouth which is usual for Indonesian coffees but this cup will surprise you with the complex flavors and low acidity!
